Subject to any local laws that cannot be excluded, the law applicable to the use of the material and information contained on this Site, including the Terms and Privacy Policy, is the law of the United States of America and disputes arising out of such material and information shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the United States of America, notwithstanding that the Site is or may be accessible or viewed in other jurisdictions.
