Sage Consulting Group is a network of independent partners hailing from some of the top recruitment companies in the world. By working together and sharing our resources, we are able to deliver an experience that is unrivaled by any single firm.
As veterans of the headhunting industry, we recognize the unique constraints and pain points of companies and consultants that choose to work with individual firms:

Job orders that don’t match the existing pipeline, and would be unreasonably difficult to source for

We eliminate most of these weaknesses by sharing access to contacts and job orders, assigning searches to the most suitable partners, and maintaining a global decentralized network of consultants that have at least 10 years of experience in their practice area - to ensure clients are in capable hands.
Moment of revelation.
Our story is a fairly young one, and it began with a simple question:
“Why should I only use my network for headhunting purposes?”
After spending over a decade amassing connections in Fortune 500 companies, factories, and various funds - our founder decided it was time to rethink the game. People were seeking more than just talent; they were seeking access to buyers, suppliers, distribution - and market information.
Advancements in AI, severe job and budget shortages, and mass layoffs made it all but certain that traditional headhunters would go extinct in the next decade or so unless there was a massive change in the revenue model.
He decided to reach out to some of his old partners in the US, as well as recruiters he had met over the years that spread across the globe. The plan was to create an allied network that could share resources and split profits for maximum client coverage, without being tied down by high overheads and restrictive corporate policies.
In the spring of 2020, Sage Consulting Group was born.
The concept was not new (NPA Worldwide had already existed for 60 years), but the tightened execution and offering of additional services would create new synergies and revenue opportunities for participating clients and partners.
Today, we proudly help startups and companies of all sizes meet their business needs - whether it is related to recruitment, supply chain, or sales solutions.
